IMPORTANT: FX Pulse is a market intelligence tool providing comparative analysis of third-party exchange rates. We are NOT a financial institution, a licensed broker, or an investment advisor. All data is for informational purposes only.
2. Accuracy of Intelligence
Foreign exchange markets are highly volatile. While our "X-Ray View" attempts to synchronize data every 15 minutes, rates can change in milliseconds. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of rates shown by third-party providers. Users are advised to verify final rates on the provider's platform before execution.
3. Subscription Tiers
Premium Access is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through the Settings dashboard. Access to "Pro" features (Market AI, GBP/EUR pairs, Institutional Benchmarks) will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
FX Pulse is intended for institutional and personal capital planning. Automated scraping of our intelligence engine or redistribution of our data for commercial purposes without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
FX Pulse shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from the use of our market intelligence or fluctuations in the global currency markets.
